SHOPPING WITH CHILDREN: If an outfit for a small child is on your shopping list, please bring them in for measurements and try ons. However, we do not have accomodations for children to play and they get bored easily. A disruptive child is a distraction to your consultant who cannot attend totally to you. Bring one or two people who love you and will be supportive. Friends, room mates, etc. feel the need to add opinions which are not always constructive. This is your special occasion and your outfit. Bring the one who will be instrumental to your decision. We encourage you to shop around before you schedule your try on so that you will know what is out there. We are certain that once you see the quality of our gowns, the skill of our designers and consultants and the value of our products, you will want to wear a Lynette's gown. CANCELED ORDERS: Because we place your order immediately we cannot allow canceled orders. If you need to change something about your order, please call us asap and we will do what we can. We want you to be happy!
DELIVERY TIMES: If the item you order is in our
stock we will ship it right out. Usually within 24 Hours. If
we order your item here are general times.
We can usually give you an expected delivery time once we know your desired style, size and color.
Wedding Gowns: 5-16 Weeks Bridesmaids and formals: 5-10 Weeks
NEED BY DATE: Your need by date is the last day that you will accept delivery of your order to our store or to your doorstep depending on how you purchase. We never hold an order with a later need by date. If you do not indicate a need by date in the notes on your order we will ship as soon as possible.
ORDER EARLY: If in the unlikely event that something must be replaced or repaired, we will have more options if we are not trying to remedy a problem the week before your wedding. There are always more choices when you order early. Early is now not in a month from now or the week before your wedding. As soon as you receive your order, please inspect and try on everything and let us know immediately if you need something different or if there is a problem.
IN STOCK VERSUS SPECIAL ORDER: In stock is when we have your desired style, color and size in our possession at the time of your order. We are in the process of putting all of our inventory online and may have what you desire even though it is not indicated. Special Order is either standard items that are not in our inventory or custom items. We will do everything in our power to make sure that all of your orders are given the utmost attention. We want you to be happy with our products and service. RETURNS: If your item was not a special order we
allow returns for the purpose of exchange or store credit with prior approval.
Credit toward exchange will be issued minus, shipping, when item is
delivered back to us in protective packaging, tags intact, before intended
wear date. Must be posted within 5 days or customer received by courrier.
If you want your replacement to be shipped before the previous item
is back to us we will charge your credit card for both items and credit the
first item back upon return under the conditions listed here.
Special order items are not returnable for any reason.
APPOINTMENTS: Just as you would make an appointment to meet with your accountant, your doctor, or any other professional who's attention and advice you value, we ask that you schedule your time with us so that we can focus on you and your desires. An appointment will also save you time. We want to get to know you, listen to you, if possible, see what you look like, so that your consultant can give you our very best. During busy times clients who have scheduled appointments with us will be seen ahead walk in customers. Not that our walk in customer aren't important but we can only be in one place at a time. If you are in the area, we welcome your visit. If you know that you will be in our area and would like to make the most of your time and be assured personal attention, please let us know. It just makes things go smoother.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: If you need an exchange on any wedding gown, formal or other item that is not a special order, please read the paragraph on returns. Please call our company within 3 calendar days of delivery by the courier and the item must be posted within 5 calendar days of delivery. (Unless your wear date is prior) Messages left on our voicemail will be returned by the next business day between 10 and 6 M.S.T. Please leave a number where you may be reached at this time. You will be given a Return Authorization number that must be clearly written to the left of the ship to address. If a return package does not have the Return Authorization clearly visible on your package we will not have the information needed to process and credit your return so we must have the policy that unauthorized returns will be refused. Please review our return policies above. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection. Unfortunately, we cannot refund freight charges. Returns must be insured. We cannot be responsible for shipments that are not delivered back to us. Make sure that the return address on your package bears the same name that is on the invoice. Please repackage carefully. Please insure your shipment to prevent a loss. We can only be responsible for the items when they are in our possession. We insure every shipment that we send at no additional cost to you.

REFUNDS: Because of the special occasion nature of our merchandise we do not offer refunds.
We have swatches of most of our items in our store but are not able to provide swatches to let out.
CUSTOM STYLES Many of our styles are available with custom changes. We are happy to discuss with you any changes you like. Usually we take the body style and change the neckline, sleeve, length, or add a modest top to a strapless gown. Our Sale and discontinued gowns can only be customized by an alterations seamstress. Due to the nature of the custom process we ask that you allow up to 16 weeks from initial order to shipping.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Standard
Shipping
is 10-16 weeks from placement of order with our supplier to the latest
we will ship. We receive an expected ship date when we place our
order.
Our manufacturers are very reliable on the expected ship date.
Even
if you have months longer than our estimated delivery dates, we
recommend
that you order as early as possible so that in the unlikely event
something
does go wrong, we will have the time necessary to make it right.
Optional rush service of 6-8 weeks is available on most bridesmaid
styles
and on many bridal styles as well. .Rush cut charges vary depending on
the item and our source and will be added by us upon your
approval.
Please select rush cut if desired. We can also upgrade shipping
if
desired for a small fee to cover postage, materials and the labor to
package
and mail your orders. Every caution is taken to make sure that
your
dresses and whatever you order from us arrives to you in perfect
condition.

CONDITION OF YOUR ORDER: We inspect every item before shipping to make sure that you will receive what you ordered in perfect condition. We are also human. Please inspect carefully and try on your order immediately. If there is any problem, please notify us within 48 of delivery by courier, hours of the problem and we will do everything humanly possible to make it right. We will, at our discretion, replace, repair, or return your item. We regret that we cannot allow returns for any reason on an item that has been altered or worn. Please call us. Many times we can make a suggestion that will remedy the situation without returning the garment. We're very experienced with things. We're here to help.
SIZING: Formal wear is sized differently than casual clothes so we highly recommend that you order based on our size chart. When we confirm your order we will ask for your bust, waist, hip, and height in inches. You might wear a size 8 in sportswear but you might wear a size 12 in a formal or wedding gown. Please put your measurements in the comments box on your order. We regret that we cannot take a return on any item when we do not have measurements on file. It is important to make sure that you don't let your bridesmaids guess what size they wear. Please consult a professional and use the guide below. For Bridesmaids the most important measurements are Bust, Waist, Hips and Hollow to hem. Please consult our bridesmaid size charts or call us for advice. If you are between sizes we suggest that you select the next larger size or if in doubt. It is easier to take in than let out. Your dresses are special orders cut from pre graded patterns. Some of our styles offer a custom measurement option. If you have a hard to fit bridesmaid, please check with us. We help you whenever we can. Extra length and extra fabric also available but must be placed at time of the original order. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are placed with our supplier. If you happen to place an order with us and realize you made a mistake, call as soon as possible. If we can do anything, we will. If you have any questions, please call. FABRIC: Prices are listed below. Since we
deal with several suppliers the cost may vary a few dollars but here is
the typical charge.
Extra Fabric is only sold in one yard increments and is approximately
60" wide.
Bridal Weight Satin $30- $60 per yard.
Specialty fabrics vary in cost please call for a quote
Bridesmaid Weight Satin $25 per yard
Chiffon $16 per yard
Customer will pay the cost of shipping and handling if the fabric is
shipped separately from the dresses. Many of our factories do not
ship fabric from the same facility as the dresses.
Our fabric prices may be more than you would pay in a fabric store
but please keep in mind that these are designer fabrics that match the
dresses and must be shipped from overseas. If you would like the
fabric to make sleeves you can usually get several sleeves from one
yard.
Since the style of sleeve may vary please consult your seamstress to
determine
how much fabric you will need. If one of your bridesmaids needs a
special style and you would like to make one of the dresses, you may
order
extra fabric. We can usually get beads and lace. We know
how
important your wedding day is and we will do anything in our power to
help
you.

We have several styles of jackets also available to match our dresses. Even if a jacket is not shown, we can usually get you one.

MEASURING POINTERS
Please don't base the size you order on the size you would buy at the
mall. Our size charts from gown
manufacturers are based on your measurements. If you're right on the
edge
of two sizes, order the larger. You order your gown to fit your largest
measurement size. So if your bust equals a size 14, your waist a size
12
and your hips a 12, you would order the 14. Gown sizes may be, and
often
are, very different than regular clothing. You will most likely need to
order a larger size than you would assume. This does not mean
that you are really a 12 when you usually wear an 8. Cut the tag
out if it bothers you.
So how do you take your measurements? We recommend you have the
professional
seamstress who will alter your gown take your measurements for you. DO
NOT ATTEMPT TO TAKE YOUR OWN MEASUREMENTS-
THEY WILL BE WRONG! You can also visit a full service bridal shop in
your area. Some may charge a small fee for a courtesy measurement
but it is worth it to get accurate measurements. If you must
measure on your own have another person follow these
instructions. Use a vinyl
tape measure; fabric ones tend to stretch over time and your dress will
be ordered too small. When you measure, if you are ordering a
special length measurement, when available, wear shoes with a heel
height similar
to what you plan to wear on your wedding day, wear a similar bra or
bustier
and, if you have one laying around, wear a similar petticoat.
